Binoy Debbarma is the Chairman & Managing Director of Jeevantika Global, a purpose-led diversified group creating connected enterprises across sustainable living, wellness, agriculture, social development and strategic advisory. He also leads Insight Global Solutions, an international strategic consulting and advisory firm serving governments, businesses, investors and institutions.
Emerging from the indigenous heartland of Tripura, he brings a distinctly tribal global perspective to enterprise — one where growth is inseparable from the dignity of the community it stands on. His work connects rural livelihoods to national markets, traditional knowledge to modern healthcare, and local ambition to international standards of governance.
As Chairman, his role is to provide strategic direction, institutional strength, sound governance and responsible stewardship across every company in the Group — fostering collaboration that creates economic, environmental and social impact together.
